Delivery Terms & Conditions
1. SELF COLLECTION FROM LOBBY / ENTRANCE
Delivery of items straight up to office floor or apartment not available. For the physically disabled, kindly make a request.
2. FORFEITED DELIVERY
a/ delivery will be forfeited if there is no answer for more than 3 times.
b/ delivery will be forfeited if there is no show/answer after 5 minutes.
Customer to provide alternative contact number should he/she be unable to collect the items during the scheduled time of delivery.
3. REDUCE / REUSE
Biodegradable plastic bags will be provided without any extra cost. Disposable cutlery will not be provided. Kindly make a request if needed. To avoid waste, we would recommend to use your own non-disposable cutlery.
4. DELIVERY DELAY / LATE DELIVERY
Delivery will be affected by bad weather or unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rain, storm, accidents or others. Should the delivery exceed 45 MINUTES AFTER the scheduled delivery time, customers are able to claim a free item on their next order.
